FOR DIGITAL ORDERS: Your custom JPG poster will be emailed within 3 business days and can be printed anywhere that photos are printed (Walgreens, Staples, Costcos, etc). If asked for the type of finish, choose matte instead of glossy and do not choose color correction.
FOR PHYSICAL COPIES: A proof of your order will be either emailed or sent through Etsy conversation within 3 business days. Upon receiving your proof, please confirm that it is acceptable or which edits are needed. NO ORDER WILL BE SHIPPED UNTIL PROOF IS CONFIRMED. Orders are shipped within 3 business days after proof approval.
Signs are professionally printed on photo paper (unless otherwise noted). No framing or matting is provided.
Items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. The Post Office advertises that First Class Mail is typically delivered within 5 business days, but no guarantees are made. Priority upgrade is available and advertised by the USPS as a 2-3 business day delivery time. In the case of a delay in mail, a digital copy of your item can be provided upon request at no extra cost for you to print at home or any print shop (such as Walgreens or Staples). Please order with sufficient time before your event to account for mail delays as no refunds or returns are accepted.
