How can I provide my custom information?
For listings that require customization, information can be included under "Seller Notes" at checkout. Customization information can also be sent to redmorningstudios@gmail.com after ordering.


Will I receive a proof of my custom order?
For custom orders that will be printed and shipped, a proof will be emailed. Please confirm your proof within 3 days or request any necessary edits. Please note, NO ITEM IS SHIPPED UNTIL PROOF IS CONFIRMED.

For digital orders, your final product will be emailed as a high resolution file and ready to print. No proof is sent prior. However, your item may be edited upon request if you are unsatisfied.


How will my item be shipped?
For non-digital products, items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail in either a rigid envelope or tube mailer. The Post Office advertises that First Class Mail is typically delivered within 5 business days, but no guarantees are made. Priority upgrade is available and advertised by the USPS as a 2-3 business day delivery time. In the case of a delay in mail, a digital copy of your item can be provided upon request. Please order with sufficient time before your event to account for mail delays as no refunds or returns are accepted

Signs are professionally printed on photo or poster paper (depending on the order). No framing or matting is provided.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our digital and custom products, refunds and returns are not accepted. For shipped products experiencing a mail delay from the USPS, a high resolution digital copy can be emailed to you upon request for no extra cost for you to print at home or any print shop (such as Staples or Walgreens). This service is provided solely as a courtesy to our customers in scenarios out of the control of Red Morning Studios (such as a delay or lost package from the United States Postal Service).

 

DIGITAL ORDERS
How will I receive my digital file?
Custom files will be emailed to you in a high resolution, 300 dpi format in JPG format (unless otherwise noted). Other formats are available upon request.

Listings marked as instant download can be downloaded immediately after check out. A download link will also be emailed to the customer. If you have purchased an instant download and are not able to find the download link, please contact redmorningstudios@gmail.com for help.

How can I print my digital file?
For best quality, it is recommended to print through a professional photo or print shop (Walgreens, Staples, Costco, etc). Different print companies may give slight differences in their print quality. It is recommended to have a sample printed from the company of your choice before placing your order. Colors and quality may vary in print, and Red Morning Studios is not responsible for any differences that present when printed. We can not modify the difference in colors or appearance of a product when printed through a 3rd party, and refunds will not be provided due to color and quality variations from screen to print. 

Please confirm that you are printing the same size that you ordered (if you ordered an 8x10, the file may only be printed as an 8x10 at Walgreens).

If given the option, choose matte instead of glossy and do not choose color correction.
